Karim has been GM and Principal Consultant of K Factor Consultancy & Training, an expert hub based in Canada since 2009.

 

Since 1992, Karim has worked with, mentored, lectured and trained company management, staff, clients and audiences with extensively diversified educational and cultural backgrounds in English, Arabic and through interpreters in the Middle East, East Africa, Iran, Bangladesh and Pakistan on: Lubricants, Health & Safety, Management soft Skills and Leadership topics.

 

Karim has also delivered tailor-made corporate talks on client management topics of choice, Leadership, Competing through Quality and on B2B Sales.

 

Graduated as a chemist and with an MBA, Karim is an adamant reader and produces his training material based on the clients’ unique requirements. This material is  based on updated readings, case studies and actual experience. Karim’s corporate culture stems from working for 28 years with Exxon/Mobil (Mobil Egypt) and BP Middle East, Dubai before starting his own consultancy hub in 2009.

 

Karim has worked in a variety of cross-functional roles in ever-changing settings and environments.

 

Since 2009 Karim has run his fully owned experts hub from Canada and has consulted on part time contractual basis and trained as a freelancer and part-time consultant and mentor.

In 2022, in response to clients' requests, Karim opened up a branch of K Factor in the United Kingdom.  

In 2022, K Factor Consultancy & Training inaugurated a subsidiary in the UK as several of its clients requested its training and seminar facilities in the UK.

 

Karim has a passion for training based on the solid belief that correctly trained, positive people are the solid assets for any organization. As trainer, Karim handles the complete training cycle and delivers training and mentor-ships both in English and Arabic or in any language through qualified interpreters.
